We service the OEM market including agricultural, mining, and other industries. Our in-house processes include forgings, hot / cold stampings and weldments.
Our Company is currently looking for a Line Inspector to join the team!
Note: Applicants must be available to work shift rotations between the day shift, afternoon shift, and night shift.

The Line Inspector ensures product quality by performing comprehensive inspection and testing of in-process and finished products according to engineering and customer specifications. This role is critical to maintaining ISO 9001 compliance and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inspect in-process and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Communicate quality issues promptly to supervisors and relevant departments
• Prepare inspection reports, including NCR/CAR reports, either manually or on a computer.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Operate laboratory testing equipment to verify that products meet specified requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and corrective action processes
• Interpret and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiar with measuring instruments and gauges.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is an asset.
• Knowledge of materials, particularly steel, is an asset.
• Understanding the principles and adherence to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• 2-5 years of quality assurance, and quality inspection experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret and understand applicable Engineering drawings, specifications and standards.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes including forging, heat treating, machining and assembly considered an asset.
• Self-starter and self-motivation are essential.
• Conscientious about workplace health and safety.
