Hook: Drop Wire

Drop Wire hooks, formed from steel wire, are used to support two or more drop wire clamps on poles and buildings. A 5/16
inch (7.9 mm) lag or expansion bolt is used for mounting. Drop wire Hook Straps, made from 1/4 x 1 inch (6.4 x 25.4
mm) steel bar, are used in conjunction with No. 2270 Drop Wire Hooks to provide a more secure anchorage. Two 3/8
inch (9.5 mm) lag or expansion bolts are used for mounting.
