Assemblies: Centre Phase

Centre Phase Assembies support the middle insulator string on "Gulfport" type spar arm structures. It will sustain the centre phase conductor when suspended from only one bolt. This feature permits replacements of either spar without interrupting service.

The 63512 Assembly includes a hot galvanized yoke plate, two clevis links and a No. 60151-E ball clevis fitting. Machine bolts, 5/8 inch (16 mm) and 3/4 inch (19 mm) diameter, nuts and non-ferrous cotter pins bind the Assembly together. It is self adjusting for spars 13 to 28 inches apart (330 to 710 mm).The supporting shoulder eye bolts, curved washer and lock nuts are ordered separately. Does not meet Charpy impact.

The 63528 Assembly uses long Y-shackles and a ball eye to connect to the shoulder eye bolts,supplied separately. It is used where the arms are closer than 12" apart. Item exceeds CSA C83 Charpy Level 1.5

The 62528-MH Assembly is designed for laminated arms and comes complete with 12" long shoulder eye bolts, square washers and locknuts. Item exceeds CSA C83 Charpy Level 1
