Clamp: Corona Free
Corona Free Clamps are designed for high voltage transmission applications and are cast in aluminum alloy and assembled with captive bolts, socket tongue for 52-3 & 52-5 class insulators. Designed for hot-line installation.Narrow range of conductors in each clamp ensure uniform pressure on the conductor, hence armor rods are not required.
Minimum ultimate strength 25,000 lbs (111.2 KN).
Socket Tongues exceed CSA C83 Charpy Level 1.5
