Dead-end Strain Clamps are made from high strength alumimum alloy with hot dip galvanized U-bolts.Mechanical strength of the clamps are 9,000 lb (40 kN).
Slip strength is dependent on the conductor size and type.
Pulling eye strength is 5,000 lb (22 kN).
