Launched in 2020, our current lab is a testament to our relentless pursuit of the highest standards in component development. This advanced facility is equipped with cutting-edge capabilities designed to meet and exceed our customers' most challenging requirements.

Our Quality Assurance Testing Lab is a hub of innovation, featuring an array of advanced equipment and tools that ensure every product meets the rigorous standards of quality and durability that our clients have come to expect. Here’s a closer look at some of the key capabilities of our lab:

  1. Vertical Universal Tensile/Compression Tester (2000 kN / 450 kip)
    • This powerful machine tests the tensile and compressive strength of materials, ensuring they meet specified load requirements.

  2. Horizontal Longbed Tensile/Compression Tester (2000 kN / 450 kip)

    •  Designed for testing longer components, this tester provides accurate tensile and compressive strength measurements.

  3. Electronic Charpy Impact Tester (500 J)

    • Evaluates the impact toughness of materials, critical for ensuring durability under dynamic loads.

  4. Charpy Specimen Motorized Milling Machine

    • Capable of preparing four specimens in just 20 minutes, this machine enhances our efficiency in impact testing.

  5. Low Temperature Chiller for Charpy Specimen Conditioning (up to -100°C)

    • Ensures specimens are conditioned to the required low temperatures for accurate impact testing results.

  6. Computer-Controlled Hardness Testers, including the Brinell Hardness Tester (up to 3000 kgf test force), the Micro Vickers Hardness Tester (measuring range: 8 – 2900 HV; test force range of 10 gf to 1 kgf), and the Rockwell B & C Hardness Testers

    • These testers provide precise hardness measurements across various scales, essential for material characterization.

  7. Metallurgical Sample Preparation Equipment, including: the Precision Abrasive Wheel Cutting Machine (up to 85 mm cut section, 200 kg), and the Polishing Wheel Stations (50 – 1000 rpm)
